ABOUT EDUSE

Founded in 1996, Eduse has led the way in the development and implementation of educational technology solutions in K-12 settings. Since its inception, Eduse has focused on recruiting, placing and supporting the most qualified and competent 21st Century educators in roles as per diem, temporary, and long-term substitutes — all of whom are certified and fully vetted.

Additionally, Eduse advises in all facets of educational technology — including curriculum development, data systems, and strategic planning. We recognise that technology can streamline processes and clarify the roles that people play. But we also understand it is ultimately professionals — well-trained, competent, confident professionals — that are absolutely essential to harness emerging technology. The more sophisticated technology becomes, the more it demonstrates the value of human intelligence, insight, and creativity. We specialize in training educators to not only evaluate their technology needs, but to be able to assess the potential uses of technologies available. The aim is to empower educators with tools to promote their educational objectives at minimum expense.

Likewise, Eduse provides training and mentoring to help apply those identified technologies to your school’s culture and work flow. We accomplish this through taking an active role in cultivating educational skills, running workshops in lesson planning, and curriculum development, discipline and behavior management, as well as updates on specific educational initiatives such as the common core standards. We feel the hallmark of a vibrant educational community is a commitment to continued learning, not just for students, but for teachers and administrators as well. We can train and place a better educator. And we can implement the technologies that will allow you as a school leader to make all of your teachers more effective.

Our clients are individuals, groups, companies and institutions who wish to think critically about the role of new technologies and make the most of the possibilities they present. The services we provide range from one on one and small group computer training to development and implementation of whole-school technology plans. We are also engaged in the design of graduate courses in educational technology for teachers and administrators.
